3 tbs for marinate chicken Mirin
3 tbs for marinate chicken Soy Sauce
3 tbs for marinate chicken Sake
3 tbs for marinate chicken Honey
Couple slice for teriyaki sauce Ginger sliced
Oil
Toasted Sesame Seeds
If needed in the sauce Salt

    Teriyaki chicken is a popular dish in Asian restaurants. AirGO can help you cook this dish without mess in your kitchen and bring tasty and juicy teriyaki chicken on your dinner table for the whole family to enjoy.

    Prepare ingredients

    - 5 pcs boneless chicken thighs marinated with 3tbs of Mirin, 3tbs of soy sauce, 3tbs of sake and 2tbs of honey (or sugar) for 30mins.
    - slice some gingers for teriyaki sauce

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO to grill function at 410F for about 15mins with lined parchment paper.
    - After preheat, brush some oil in the pan, place chicken thighs in the pan with skin part face down first.
    - After LED shows FLIP, flip the chicken thighs, and cook until times up.
    - Remove chicken thighs onto a plate
    - Remove parchment paper and pour the juice on the parchment paper into the pan.
    - Add extra marinated sauce from earlier in the pan
    - Add couple ginger slices into the pan as well.
    - Change AirGO to base heat function for 420F 20mins (this step mainly for making teriyaki sauce) cook until the sauce being boiled, then add cooked chicken thighs in the pan cook until the sauce becomes thicker.
    - When you see the sauce glazed on the chicken thighs, it means done.
    - Move chicken thighs onto a plate, and let them cool down before slicing them
    - Garnish with the teriyaki sauce and toasted sesame seeds on the top of chicken before serving
