1 pc Fermented bean curds
2 pcs Ginger
1/4 pc Bell Pepper
1 pc Green Onion
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tbs Oil

    A popular southeastern Asian vegetarian dish. The fermented bean curds gives the dish a unique creamy and salty taste with fresh vegetables crunchy texture.

    Cooking with AirGO grill function makes the vegetables cook evenly and easy to operate.

    Prepare ingredients

    -Rinse water Spanish clean and drain it well.
    -Break stems and leaves and set aside for use later.
    -Fine julienne gingers, green onions and bell pepper

    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO to grill function for 420F 10mins with lined parchment paper
    -After preheat, add oil in the middle of the pan, and place ginger, bell pepper, mashed fermented bean curds and green onion in the pan where the oil is.
    -Cover the lid and let it cook for 3 mins, then add prepared water spanish in the pan, cook until shows FLIP
    -Open the lid and add soy sauce, sugar and mix everything together, cook until times up.
