    • 虾仁用盐和白胡椒腌制
    • 嫩芦笋去根
    • 爱锅 Grill 380F，7分钟左右
    • 预热结束放油倒入芦笋，剩最后3分钟左右放入腌好的虾仁，撒盐和鸡粉搅拌均匀即可出锅
