2 lbs King Oyster Mushroom
4oz Pork shoulder meat
1/8 tsp for marinate pork Salt
1 tbs for marinate pork corn starch
1 tsp for marinate pork Cooking wine
2 tbs Oil
2 pcs Dry Chili
1 tbs Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
4 stalks Green Onion

Air-fried King oyster mushrooms

    AirGO is perfectly designed for this dish. The original method to cook it in the pan is with large amount of oil and keep stirring for a long time to avoid burning the king oyster mushrooms. Cooking with AirGO will help to reduce oil usage and very little stirring work.



    Prepare ingredients:

    -2 lbs of King oyster mushrooms
    Wash and clean them,
    Use paper towel to dry well.
    Then, julienne (cut into long thin strips) them and set aside for later.

    -Slicing 4 oz pork (optional)
    Combine with a pinch of salt, 1 tbs cornstarch and 1 tsp of cooking wine.
    Mix well and let it marinate for 15 mins

    Other ingredients needed:

    2 tbs of oil
    Crushed 2 pcs of dried chilis
    1 tbs of soy sauce
    1/2 tsp of sugar
    Chopped 2 stalks green onion


    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO air fry function to 400F for 20 minutes with parchment paper.
    -After preheat, brush about 1 tbs of oil in the pan.
    -Add King oyster mushrooms in it.
    -Drizzle another tablespoon of oil on the top of the King Oyster mushrooms.

    -Airfry it until shows “ FLIP” on the LED
    -Open the lid and stir-fry it a little bit,
    -Push them around side and make a space in the middle.
    -Place the pork in the middle of the pan evenly.
    -Sprinkle with dried chilies, 1/2 tsp of soy sauce and sugar
    -Close the lid
    -Cook until 2 mins left on the LED
    -Open the lid and mix in with the green onion and 1 tsp of soy sauce
    -Close the lid until cooking time is done.
