Ingredients

1 Carp Fish Head
2 tbs Coconut Aminos
1/4 tsp Ground white pepper powder
1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
1 head garlic
half head Sweet Onion
one stalk Green Onion
1 head Ginger
1 Bell Pepper optional for any pepper
2 stalks cilantro
1 tbs Avocado oil
4 pcs Dry Chili

    The grilled fish head is not a common dish for western cuisine, but it’s very popular in Asia. if you have a big fish head, you can try this receipt.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Clean the fish head well, and dry it with a kitchen towel, chop it into big pieces
    - Marinated the fish head with coconuts aminos, salt, and white pepper powder.
    - Chop gingers, garlic, green onion, peppers, and sweet onion for use later.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill funtion 400 F about 20 mins
    - After preheating, add oil and garlic, green onions, gingers, sweet onion, and dry chilis to the pan for about 8 mins
    - add fish head in the pan evenly, cook until LED shows FLIP.
    - add pepper and half cilantro in the pan, give a stir, cook until times up
    - toss another half cilatro in the pan before serving
