      This is a perfect dinner dish for meat lovers, it’s also keto-friendly if you use coconut aminos to replace soy sauce and sugar.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - Sliced Pork shoulder butt into 0.5cm thick.
      - Marinated with coconuts aminos, minced garlic, black pepper powder, and avocado oil for over 30 mins
      - Move out of fridge 15mins before cooking

      - Set AirGO airfry function for 420F for 12 mins (each batch) with lined parchment paper
      - After preheating, add pork should butt to the pan , no more than 3 pieces per batch.
      - Flip over when the LED shows FLIP
      - Cook until times up
