      Prepare Ingredients

      - Slice the port shoulder into pieces that are 0.5cm thick.
      - In a bowl, prepare the marinade by combining coconut aminos, minced garlic, black pepper powder, and avocado oil.
      - Place the sliced pork shoulder into the marinade and ensure each piece is coated evenly. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO Airfry function for 420F for 12 mins (each batch) with lined parchment paper
      - Once is preheated, place the sliced pork shoulder onto the pan. Ensure that you don't overcrowd the pan, allowing for a maximum of 3 pieces per batch.
      - Turn over the port when it indicates "flip".
      - Allow the pork to continue cooking until the timer reaches the designated time for that batch.
      - Repeat the process for any remaining batches.
