1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

    In this receipt, we use butter as an agent to activate the aroma of King Oyster Mushroom. It can also be cooked with vegetable oil.  AirGO is the perfect tool to cook this dish perfectly with less oil and  avoid burning the mushrooms.

    Prepare Ingredients

    -Wash and drain 2 lbs of Asparagus
    Cut off the end of the Asparagus
    and snapped it into 2-3 sections for each.

    - 1 lb of King Oyster Mushrooms
    Wash and clean them
    Use paper towel to dry well.
    Slice them into lengthwise pieces.

    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO to Grill function at 400F for 18mins
    -Line the cooking pan with parchment paper.
    -After preheating is completed, add 1 tbs of butter and mix asparagus with it.

    -Cook until it shows 8 mins left on the LED
    -Open the lid, mix with black pepper
    -Move into a plate, set it aside for later.

    -Add 1/2 tbs of butter into the pan,
    -Melting it with remaining heat on the bottom of the pan.
    -Then, place King Oyster mushrooms in the pan
    -Grill until 3 mins left on the LED,
    -Open the lid and flip King Oyster mushrooms.
    -It should be golden brown after turned.
    -Close the lid and cook until time's up.
    -Open the Lid, add cooked asparagus and a pinch of salt in the pan.
    -Mix well with the King Oyster Mushrooms.
    -Add more salt to your taste if required.
