2 packages sour pickled vegetables
2-3 pcs sour pickled hot peppers
1 chunk Ginger sliced
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp Ground white pepper powder
2 sticks Green Onion
about 1 tbs Oil
pinch Salt

    This dish taste sour and spicy, its a popular dish in the Chinese restaurant in China. Here is the AirGO recreated version which is pretty easy to operate and delicious! I will attach the pickled vegetable package imagine that I used in this dish for your reference.

    Prepare ingredients

    - After thawing the fish, dry it with kitchen paper and thin sliced it.
    - 2 packages of sour pickled vegetables
    - 2-3 pieces sour pickled hot peppers
    - sliced a chunk of ginger
    - chopped green onion

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Preheat AirGO grill function 420F 15 minutes
    - After preheat, add oil, sour pickled vegetables, sour pickled hot pepper, Sliced the garlic and ginger
    - Close the lid cook for 3 mins
    - Add 3/4 cup hot water, cover the lid until the water bubbling,
    - Open the lid, add thin sliced fish fillet in the pan evenly
    - Add white pepper powder , pinch of salt, couple drops of oil , and cook for 5 mins.
    - Add green onion before times up (2-3)mins left on the indicator.
    - Ready for serving !
