Ingredients

1/2 cup Kimchi add more if you like it strong
1/2 pack Firm Tofu about 150g
1.5 cup Cooked Rice cold
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 Green Onion
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

    I would say pan/ wok will never able to cook this.

    Less Oil

    Stir fry with tofu

    and Its Simple and Delicious!

    I plan to make it for 2 meals with the quantity for myself but unfortunately I finished whole plate.

    Prepare Ingredients

    Cold rice is easy to loosen up.
    Cut the kimchi to small pieces
    Dice the tofu to cube
    Cut some green onion for aroma

    Preheat Stir Fry Function as draft temp & time

    after preheat, add vegetable oil, kimchi and tofu cook until time done.
    add rice , soy sauce, sesame oil , salt, sugar into the pan, and press "start" it will go another 3 mins.
    open the lid most of green onion (leave some for garnish later) and use spatula to break big lump of rice gently.
    press "start" for another 3 mins.

    Garnishing with Green Onion

    add more salt with your taste, garnishing with green onion.
