    功能:烤箱  温度:400F  时间:20分钟

    — 1杯筋粉,加3/4杯水,搅拌均匀成团。静置1小时以上

    — 将面团切成2cm见方的小方块,用少量油将面块拌匀。锅里倒2大匙油,10块小面团一锅,把面块分散放入锅中

    — 设置爱锅Oven功能, 400度,20分钟。中间需要翻两到三次。

    — 盖子打开面筋不会回缩就表示好了,假如有回缩再增加几分钟。

    **注意**

    1. 面块不要超过2cm

    2. 一锅不要太多,放入锅内一定要分散开,留出面筋膨胀的空间
