    What?! AirGO can make soup? Yes, but only if you open the lid and use the function BASE HEAT. If you need to cover your food during cooking SOUP, please use a 13-inch wide normal lid. Using AirGO with a combination of functions makes life a lot delicious and easier!

    Prepare ingredients

    Prepare ingredients:
    - Any kind of mushrooms you can find in the market!
    - Clean and sliced all mushrooms.

    For example:
    -Shiitake mushroom
    -White mushrooms
    -Beach mushroom
    -King oyster mushrooms
    -Oyster mushroom

    -Boil a kettle of water about 1L-1.5L
    -2tbs of cornstarch dissolve in 2 tbs of cold water.

    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO grill function 420F for 10 mins
    -After preheat, add 2tbs oil and all the mushrooms in the pan.
    -Cook until AirGO shows “flip”
    -Stirring the mushrooms
    -Cook until times up
    -Change the function to base heat 420F for 15mins
    -Add a kettle of hot water, salt, some thinly sliced dry mushrooms (optional), green onion, and the dissolved cornstarch mix in the cooking pan
    -Leave the AirGO lid open and cover the cooking pan with a 13-inch lid
    -Cook until water boils and soup becomes thicker to your taste.
