    AirGO cooked Korean beef bulgogi is a simple and kids friendly meal. After cooking with AirGO, beef bulgogi can be enjoyed with some lettuce leaves wrap, and the sauce left in the pan can be served with rice.

    Prepare ingredients

    Ingredients:

    -Thin sliced beef 1lb, marinates with Korean beef bulgogi sauce for 30 mins
    -Sliced onion and shredded carrots set aside.

    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO to Grill function for 420F 15 mins with parchment paper and 1tbs unsalted butter

    -After preheat, add onion and carrots to the cooking pan; mix all ingredients together, cook until showing “flip”
    -Open the lid, add beef into pan evenly, cook until 3 mins left
    -Open the lid and stirring
    -Close the lid and cook until times up.
    -Move beef bulgogi into plates. Enjoy as is, or wrap the beef bulgogi with lettuce leaves.

    Sauce in the pan can be served mixing with rice.
