5-6 pcs Chicken tenderloin
1 tsp for marinate chicken Cooking wine
Pinch of salt for marinate chicken Salt
1/4 tsp for marinate chicken Sugar
1 tsp for marinate chicken corn starch
1 small size carrots
Half Cucumber
1 tbs for sauce Cooking wine
1 tbs for sauce Oyster Sauce
1 tbs for sauce Dark Vinegar
2 tsp for sauce Sugar
1 tbs for sauce Sesame oil
1 tsp Green Onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tbs Oil
1 tbs Chili Bean Sauce

    Prepare ingredients

    - Diced 5-6 pcs Chicken tenderloin.
    - Mix well with 1 tsp of cooking wine, one pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp of cornstarch, marinating for 15 mins.

    -Dice a small carrots and a cucumber.
    -To make Kung Pao Sauce: mix 1 tbs cooking wine, 1 tbs oyster sauce, 1 tbs of dark vinegar, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tbs sesame oil, and mashed green onion and garlic. Set aside for use later.


    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO to stir fry function at 420F for 7 minutes.
    -After preheat, add 1 tbs oil, chili bean sauce, diced chicken and carrots in the pan.
    -Cook until times up!
    -Add diced cucumber, roasted peanuts and Kung Pao sauce in the pan, mixing well and add 2 minutes for cooking.
    -Remove from pan and serve.
