    Prepare Ingredients:
    -Crumb topping:
    hand mix room temperature butter, sugar, and cake flour together into crumbs like pieces. Set aside for use later
    -Zester two oranges
    -Squeeze some orange juice

    -Mixing
    Fresh orange juicy 100g
    Sugar 40g
    Coconuts oil 2 tbs
    Maple syrup 2 tbs
    Rum 30g

    -Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture, using spatula to fold and mix together.

    -Pouring muffin batter into medium cupcakes cup, leave some room to add crumb topping.

    Baking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO to oven function for 350F about 18-20mins.

    -After preheat, place muffins in the pan, baking until times up.

    -Remove the muffins from AirGO and allow them to cool down.
