    Originally, this is a pan fry pork chop receipt. It’s delicious but it will also make your kitchen messy.

    Prepare ingredients

    -Clean pork chops and pet them dry with paper towels.
    -Use a meat tenderizer (or back of the knife) to tend the the pork chop.

    -Making marinate sauce:
    Mix together the following ingredients: 1 head of garlic mashed , 3 tbs of soy sauce, 3 tbs of cornstarch, 1tbs of sugar.

    -Add tended pork chop in the sauce and marinate them for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

    -Before cooking, move the pork chop out of refrigerator for room temperature.

    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set up AirGO to grill function for 420F 6-10mins (depends on the thickness of the pork chop) for each batch with lined parchment paper in the pan.

    -After preheat, add about 1 tbs of oil in the pan evenly
    Place 2-3 pork chops in the pan, grill until shows FLIP, flip pork chops over and cook until times up.

    -Remove the cooked pork chops from cooking pan and serve.
