8 oz mushrooms
(red ) half Bell Pepper
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs Avocado oil
pinch Himalayan Salt

    Prepare ingredients

    - Boil bok choy in the water, rinse off with cold water, squeeze bok choy and find chop them. set aside for use later.
    - Mince garlic, bell pepper, and mushrooms

    - Set AirGO grill function for 380 F for 10 mins with parchment paper.
    - After preheating, add oil, bell pepper, mushroom, and garlic to the pan, cook until LED shows FLIP
    - Add Bok choy to the pan with salt, mixing all together.
    - Cook until times up.
