10oz Chicken tenderloin
1/2 tsp for marinated chicken Salt
1/4 tsp for marinated chicken Sugar
1 tsp for marinate chicken Cooking wine
1 tsp for marinate chicken corn starch
1 tsp for marinate chicken Oil
1.5 cup Celery
1/4 Red bell pepper
Pinch Salt
Pinch Sugar
1 tbs Oil

Chicken tenderloin grilled celery is a trendy dish for people who want reduce fat intake and at the same time wants great taste. Using AirGO to cook this dish make it a lot easier for mealtime.




Prepare chicken and other ingredients

Prepare the chicken:
-Slicing 10 oz chicken tenderloin, a
add 1/2 tsp salt,
1/4 tsp sugar,
1 tsp cooking wine,
1 tsp cornstarch
-then mix all above together,
-coat with 1 tsp of oil
-and marinate for 15 mins.

Other ingredients:
-Sliced celery
-Chopped 1/4 red bell pepper (optional)


Cooking with AirGO

-Set AirGO to grill function at 420F for 15mins,
-line the cooking pan with parchment paper (optional for easy clean up).
-After preheat, brush about 1 tbs oil on the parchment paper in the pan
-Add sliced chicken in the pan evenly.
-After 3 mins, when the chicken turns white, add celery and mix with chicken.
-Add bell pepper on the top of celery and chicken.
-Drizzle some oil on the top of pepper
-Cook until shows “ FLIP”
-Add pinch of salt and sugar
-Mix all together.
-Cook until times up!
