2 whole piece Swai Fish Fillet
1 tbs for marinate fish Cooking wine
1/4 tsp for Marinate the fish Salt
1 tsp for marinate fish Ground white pepper powder
1 tbs for corn starch
3 medium size tomato
1 tbs Minced Garlic
2 tbs Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbs Green Onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Tomato Fish

    Tomato is somehow hard to mash when you cook them on the stovetop. AirGO grill function makes it a lot easier. It only takes about 10 minutes to get it done. Adding the fish fillet into mashed potato, it becomes a perfect dish. I am sure you will love it.

    Prepare ingredients

    - Peel tomatoes and cut into small cubes
    - Slice the fish filet thinly
    - Marinate the fish with cooking wine, salt, white pepper powder and cornstarch for 15 minutes
    - Mince Green onion and garlic


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Preheat AirGO grill function 400F for 15 minutes
    - After preheating add oil, garlic, green onion, salt and tomato into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
    - Open the lid, add sliced fish evenly on the top of the tomato
    - Close the lid cook until 2 mins left
    - Add salt, green onion and cilantro , mix together, cook until time's up.
