3 lbs Pig Trotters
1 head Ginger For stew pig trotters
2 stalks Green Onion For stew pig trotters
2 tbs Cooking wine For stew pig trotters
2 tbs Soy Sauce For stew pig trotters
1/4 cup Rock Sugar For stew pig trotters
1 stick Cinnamon stick For stew pig trotters
2 cloves Star Anise For stew pig trotters
1 tsp Paprika For grill seasoning
1 tsp Cumin powder For grill seasoning
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt For grill seasoning
1 tsp Dry Parsley For grill seasoning

      This is a combination between a high-pressure cooker and AirGO, they work perfectly together.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - Use a high-pressure cooker to cook pig trotters for 35 mins with ginger, green onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, cinnamon stick, and star anise.
      - Mixing grill seasoning: Paprika, cumin powder, salt, and dry parsley. Set aside for use later.

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Use toothpicks to poke trotters' skin, ( poke as much as you can to let the heat out of the skin after cook)
      - Set AirGO air-fry function for 420F for 20mins lined with parchment paper.
      - After preheating, place pig trotters in the pan, spray some oil, and sprinkle grill seasoning on them.
      - Cook until times up.
