3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/3 cups Vegetable Oil
1 cup Hot Water
No offense! Personally I don’t like the smell of tortilla from grocery store. So I decided to make my own like restaurant style.
Most receipt is using lard, here I substitute to same amount of vegetable oil. Original style is also using cast iron pan which the temperature is really hard to manage and easy to burn or dry out.
