Ingredients

1 lb Chicken tenderloin
4 cloves garlic
1 medium size Shallots
1 stalk Green Onion
3 tbs Fish Sauce for sauce
1 Lime Juice for sauce
2 tsp Brown sugar for sauce (replace with monkfruit sugar )
half head red onion
10 stalks cilantro
1-2 Chili optional
2 tbs Avocado oil

    This simple Larb salad is light, refreshing, and served with lots of veggies. Green cabbage will be the best for warp the larb, you can add cucumber or carrots for a more refreshing taste.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Mince the chicken or you can use ground chicken, set aside for use later.
    - Mince garlic
    - Chop red onion, shallots, and green onion
    - Chop cilantro

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 420F for about 6 mins.
    - After preheating, add oil, garlic, shallots, and red onion in the pan, cook until times up
    - Change function to base heat 420F 15 mins, add ground chicken in the pan, stir until loose.
    - Add sauce mixer in the pan, mix all the together, cook until times up.
    For Serving: Choose your favorite – lettuce, cabbage, cucumbers, green beans, carrot sticks, or sticky rice.
