1 lb Squids
1/4 onion
half Bell Pepper
5 slices Ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 Leeks
2 tbs Oil
1/4 tsp Salt
4 oz Kimchi
1 tsp Sugar

    The key to this dish is to cook the squid quickly over high heat, otherwise overcooking the squid results in a tough and chewy texture.  The dish is easy to make and spicy hot! So using AirGO to cook this dish will be a perfect choice.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - I used frozen squid, thaw it out and cut it into slices. (or pieces)
    - Cut 1/4 onions, half bell pepper, 5 sliced ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, and separate leeks into white and green parts.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AriGO grill function for 400F 8 mins with parchment paper.
    - After preheating, add 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan with onion, ginger, garlic, and white part of leeks.
    - Cook until LED shows FLIP, add kimchi, sugar, salt, and another tablespoon of oil in the pan mix all together until time left 2 mins.
    - Add squid and green part of the leek into pan mix with other vegetables and cook until times up.
    - Let it set in the pan for another 1 mins in the pan, then ready to serve.
