1 lb Pork shoulder meat the part mixing with fat, or you can use pork belly
4 tbs Char Siu Sauce
1 tbs for sauce Red Preserved Bean Curd Sauce
1 tbs for sauce Dark soy sauce
2 tbs for sauce Honey
1 tbs for brush before serving Honey

    This is the simplest way to make Chinese BBQ pork presented by AirGO. There are one ingredients for brush sauce called red preserved bean curd sauce, you can find in Asian grocery store.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Cut the pork shoulder about 3cm wide, look like the square prism. Using the kitchen towel to dry the extra water from the meat, put in the ziplog bag, add 4 table spoons of char sui sauce and marinate them over night or at least 4 hour +
    -Before Cooking, take the meat out the ziplog bag, and seal in the aluminum foil wrap.
    -Prepare brush sauce, with 1 tbs of dark soy sauce, 1 tbs of red preserved bean curd sauce and 2 tbs of honey

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Line a aluminum foil in the pan then insert airfry basket or round baking rack.
    - Set AirGO oven function for 400 F about 25mins.
    - After preheating, add sealed meat in the pan, baking until times up
    - Remove the aluminum foil wrap from meat, add meats on the rack.
    - Set AirGO top boil function for 355F for 20 mins, brush sauce on the top of the meat.
    - Rotate each side and brush sauce on the meat every 5 mins, you are looking for the BBQ color.
    - After finished cook, let it cooking down a bit then slice them, brush some honey on the top before serving.
