    - Soak filleted mackerel in the ice-cold lemon water for 15 mins.
    - Use a paper towel to remove extra water.

    - Set AirGO grill function for 400F 15mins with lined aluminum foil, place a rack if you don't want too much oil.
    - After preheating, place mackerel in the pan, cook until times up.
    - Drizzle lemon juice before serving.
