1 tbs Olive Oil
1/4tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Clean the baby potatoes and fresh rosemary
    - Using tap hot water ( about 150-155 F) to soak rosemary and baby potatoes together for 30mins
    The hot water will release aroma from rosemary and transfer to baby potatoes (TIPS!!)
    - Drain them well before cooking, place baby potatoes in a mixing bowel, coat them with olive oil , black pepper and Kosher salt.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO Oven function 420F for 15mins with lined parchment paper
    - After preheat, place coated baby potatoes in the pan, and cook until times up.
    - Using a bottle (or anything )to press each baby potatoes, (if cant press it flat then add more time to cook until it can be easy flat) , then, flip potatoes over.
    - Add rosemary on top of the potatoes, then press "start" cook for anther 3 mins.
