    The most healthy and clean taste of halibut is steam, you can use AirGO base heat function and change the cover to protect the top heat cover. the space is perfect for steamed food.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Boil hot water in the kettle for about 1.5L
    - While the water is boiling, slice green onion and ginger, use half of them lay on the bottom of the plate.
    - Dry the extra water from the halibut with a kitchen paper towel. and place in the plate.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO base heat for 420F 30mins with air-fry basket or rack, pour the boiled water in the pan
    - Until the water bubbling, place the plate in the pan, cover with 12in cover.
    - Change the time to 8min.
    -After the fish steam, take out the plate, pour out the water from the plate, drizzle coconuts amino in the plate.
    - Place the other half green onion and ginger on the top of the fish and some white pepper powder
    - heat 2 tbs oil on the stove, drizzle on the ginger and green onion.
