    Super Simple Eggplant vegan dish. I used Avocado oil to cook eggplant, it tastes creamy and soft. super delicious!

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Crush eggplant with meat tender. and chop it into 1.5 inches long
    - slice all the garlic.
    - Mixing eggplant, garlic, salt and avocado oil in the big mixing bowl
