Ingredients

1 lb Swai Fish Fillet
1/8 tsp for marinated fish Salt
1 tsp for marinate fish Cooking wine
1 tbs for marinated fish corn starch
Half Green bell pepper
Half Red bell pepper
2 cloves Minced Garlic
1 tbs Vegetable Oil
2-3 slice Ginger sliced
1 tbs Green Onion
1/2 cup Roasted pine nuts

    Prepare ingredients

    - Clean fish and dry it with paper towels
    - Cut the fish into cubes and marinated with salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch. Set in the refrigerator for at least 15mins.

    - Dice bell peppers
    - Mince garlic and green onion
    - Slice some gingers.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - set AirGO to grill function for 420F about 15mins with parchment paper
    - after preheat, add oil in the pan with garlic, ginger, green onion and bell peppers and let them cook for 5mins.

    - add fish into the pan evenly to cook until 2 mins left on the LED indicator. Add toasted pine nuts.

    - cook until time's up!
