2pc Ribeye steak
1 Sweet Onion
2 for medium size Potatoes
1-2 carrots
1 tbs Oil
half box ( 4 blocks) Curry Paste
660ml Beef Broth or water
Black Pepper
Salt

    Its really hard to say NO to curry.  Since it so easy to use AirGO to cook this receipt, I am highly recommend you to try use ribeye if you are steak lover.

    The quantity from this receipt can serving for 6 people.  If you can’t finish that much you can cut half portion from this receipt. Or you can freeze the leftover for easy meal.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - 2 beef ribeye, marinated with black pepper and salt for room temperature.
    - Chop 1 sweet onion, 2 medium size of potatoes, 1-2 carrots

    Cooking with AirGO - Ribeye

    - Set up AirGO grill function for 420F about 7 mints with brushed oil in the pan.
    -After preheating , add ribeye in the pan and grill until shows "FLIP" on the LED
    - Open the lid, and flip the ribeye and cook until times up.
    - Remove ribeye from the pan into aluminum foil, wrap up and ready for use later.

    Cooking with AirGO- Vegetables

    - In the same pan, add 1 table spoon of oil and onion, carrots, potatoes, stir and mixing all together.
    - Press " start" and set up time for grill 12mins, ( please stir 1-2 times)
    -Until times up for changing setting.

    Cooking with AirGO-Curry Beef

    -Right after times up for vegetables, change the setting to Base Heat 420F 15mins
    -Add beef broth (or water) and curry blocks in the pan.
    -While cooking curry, start to cut ribeye into cubes.
    -After curry is melting, add the beef cubes in the pan, mixing all together. Cook until times up.
    -Add more salt if necessary, Serving with rice .
