    Matcha lovers must try this receipt. It’s Buttery, Crispy, Green Tea Cookies. Baking with AirGO can shorten the baking time and with a lot of fun.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Combine all-purpose flour and matcha green tea powder in a large bowl.
    - Using a whisk to mix them well, set aside for use later.
    - Use a hand mixer to beat softened and unsalted butter until it's smooth and creamy in a large bowl.
    - Add a pinch of salt and blend.
    - Add powder sugar and blend until soft and light. Scrape down the bowl as needed.
    - Add 1 large egg yolks and mix well until combined.
    - Gradually add the flour and matcha green tea powder mix and blend until the dough is smooth.
    - Add white chocolate chips and blend well.
    - Line a plastic wrap (or parchment paper) on the table and transfer the dough on it.
    - Then cover with another piece of plastice wrap (or parchment paper).
    - Using a rolling pin to roll the dough flat (about 1/3 inch thick) and then using cookie cutter to cut the cookie
    (Or you can roll into a log and chill in the refrigerator until firm, then cut into piece about 1/3 inch thick)
    - After cut the cookies, chill in the refrigerator until firm for about 30 mins.

    Baking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO to oven function at 310F for 12 mins and line parchment paper in the pan.
    - After Preheat, take the cookies out of refrigerator and add in to pan (leave some space between each cookie)
    - Bake the cookies until times up or until the edge of the cookies starts to get slightly golden brown.
    - Remove from the AirGO and let cool down in the pan; then carefully transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
