This spicy beef jerky recipe is much better and healthy than purchased with basic kitchen materials: All you need are some flavorful spices, an AirGO, and less than an hour to spare.

2 lb lean beef sirloin tip, sliced into 1/8 inch strips
    2/3 cup soy sauce
    2/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp cracked black pepper
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika or liquid smoke, optional
    few dried hot pepper

    - Mix together onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl. Season beef lightly, using only part of the spice blend, reserving the the rest and refrigerate.
    - Stir together brown sugar, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke flavoring. Heat until brown sugar has completely dissolved. Refrigerate marinade until cool.
    - Pour cooled marinade over the seasoned meat, and mix by hand to coat. Seal the bowl, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    - Drain off excess sauce before cook
    - Set AirGO Oven or Stir Fry or Air Fry function 380F - 400 F, 20-25 mins with parchment paper.
    - After preheating, add beef in the pan. If excess water accumulates during cooking, drain it and remove parchment paper.
    - Cook the beef for 20-25 minutes, adjusting the cooking time based on your desired texture for the beef.
    - Just before cooking time is up, add hot pepper and cilantro to the pan and mix them well with beef for enhanced flavor.
