3 pcs Boneless Chicken thighs
1 tsp Cooking wine
2 tsps Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
Pinch himalayan pink salt
1 tbs Avocado oil
2 tsp corn starch

    Chayote is also known as mirliton squash or vegetable pear because of its pear-esque shape and size. It is a great source of vitamin C, vitamin B-6, folate, dietary fiber, and a ton of potassium.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Peel the Chayote squash and cut it into chunks
    - Cut chicken thigh into chunks and marinated with cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and corn starch

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set up AirGO grill function 400 F for 6 mins, with parchment paper
    - After preheating, add oil to the pan and place chicken chunks evenly in the pan.
    - Cook until times up, add Chayote squash chunks into pan with salt, mixing all together.
    - Add time for another 10 mins. cook until times up.
