1 lb Shrimp
pinch for marinate shrimps Salt
1 pc for marinate shrimps Egg White
1/2 tsp for marinate shrimps Cooking wine
1/4 cup for sauce Warm water
2 tsp for sauce corn starch
1/8 tsp for sauce Salt
1/8 tsp for sauce White Pepper corn Powder
1/4 tsp for sauce Sugar
1/2 cup Frozen Sweet Pea
1/2 cup Frozen corn
half stick carrots
1 tsp Oil

Mixed Shrimp with Vegetables

    Shrimps has high quality protein, I like to cook it with corn, sweet pea and carrot for better nutrition of this dish on the table. Its so much ease to cook with AirGO, give a try, kids will love it as well.



    Prepare Ingredients

    - Remove shell and vein, clean and drain them well, marinated with egg white, salt and cooking wine for 10 mins.
    - Dice carrots into very small cubes, size like sweet pea and corn.
    - Making sauce, mixing water water, salt, sugar, white pepper corn powder and Cornstarch for use later.


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 400 F about 4mins with lined parchment paper.
    - After preheat, place shrimp in the pan and toss about 1 table spoon of oil on it.
    - Cook until shows FLIP, flip them and cook until times up.
    - Replace cooked shrimp in the bowl for use later.
    - Add all the vegetables in the pan, Press "START" and set the time to cook for 5 mins.
    - Add sauce, shrimp and mix in with the vegetables with remaining heat, until the sauce turns transparent.
    - Your beautiful, healthy and delicious dish can be present to the table.
