    Prepare Ingredients

    - Shelled off and deveined shrimps, sliced half, set aside for use later.
    - Chop green onions
    - Beat eggs with salt and green onions

    Cooking with AirGO

    - AirGO grill function for 380F for 12 mins with lined parchment paper.
    - After preheating, add sliced shrimp in the pan with oil
    - about 4 mins, you will see the shrimp turning to solid white then add egg wash in the pan.
    - until LED shows FIip, then use the spatula to stir the egg and shrimp.
    - Cover the lid cook until times up.
    - Garnish some green onions, black pepper, and salt if needed.
