1 cup Kimchi
3 cloves garlic
12 oz Pork shoulder meat
1 stalk Green Onion
1 tbs Avocado oil
1/2 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

    You can find Shirataki cake in the Asian grocery store. If you are in low carb- diet or keto diet, it a good option for your meal.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Diced pork shoulder meat marinated with salt and corn starch for use later
    - Sliced garlic
    - Sliced shirataki cake about 5mm thick
    - cut green onions into thirds

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function 400F 10 mins with lined parchment paper
    - After preheating, add garlic, kimchi, and oil to the pan, cook for 5 mins. then mix in pork and cook for 5mins, until it's done.
    - Add shirataki cake and green onion in the pan with 1/2 tsp sugar for better taste. then press" start" cook for another 3 mins.
