Ingredients

4 pcs Chicken tenderloin
6 oz mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
4 cups Cooked Rice
1 carrots
Half onion
2 cans Creamy mushroom soup
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbs Butter
1 cups Mozzarella cheese
3-4 slices Prosciutto

    Prepare ingredients

    - Dice chicken tenderloin into small cubes
    - Dice carrots, mushrooms and onion
    - Mince the garlics and set it aside for use

    Cooking ingredients with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function to 420F and15mins with parchment paper lined inside the cooking pan.
    - after preheat, add butter, onion, garlic, and carrots in the pan and cooking until it shows “FLIP”.
    - add chicken pieces and mushroom in the pan, mix all ingreadients together, and cook until times up.

    Baking with AirGO

    - Remove parchment paper.
    - add two cans of creamy mushroom soup, rice, salt and black pepper.
    - mix everything together.
    - add mozzarella cheese and prosciutto (optional) on the top of the rice
    - set AirGO to TOP BOIL function at 355F for 15-18mins and cook until time's up.
    - drizzle some lemon juice before serving
