1/4 tsp for marinate fish himalayan pink salt
1/4 tsp for marinate fish Ground white pepper powder
2 tbs Avocado oil
2 tsp Coconut Aminos

    Talk about cooking fish, most of the southern Chinese way is steam with ginger and green onion. It’s messy and fishy after all. Let cook with AirGO bring you the same taste and less kitchen work.

    Prepare ingredients

    - Clean the fish--Dressed. Upon request, most markets will dress a whole fish, free of charge. A dressed fish is scaled and has all internal organs removed. A pan-dressed fish also has its fins, tail, and head removed.
    - Marinate the fish with salt and some white peppercorn powder.
    - Use a paper towel to remove extra water from the fish.
    - Julienne gingers and Thirds cut the green onion

    - Preheat AirGO Grill function 400 F 12 mins with lined parchment paper, placed half of green onion and ginger and 1 tablespoon of oil.
    - After preheating, place fish on top of green onion and ginger, cook until LED shows FLIP.
    - Open the lid, place another half of ginger and green onion on the top of the fish, drizzle some coconut amino and 2 teaspoons of oil, and cook until times up.
