Fried Udon noodle is one of the most popular food in Asian culture. All the vegetables and meats with noodle are combined together during the stirfry process. The most challenging part of cooking stirfried noodle with a wok is that you need to toss and stir quickly to make sure noodles do not stick in the bottom of wok. For the health unconscious food lovers, too much of cooking oil may prevent you to enjoy it more often.

Cooking with AirGO could help solve these concerns. It reduces oil usage and no toss and less stir job for you. So give a try, and see how simple it would be to cook with AirGO.
