Ingredients

1 cup Pork shoulder meat
1 tsp for marinate pork Soy Sauce
Pinch for marinate pork Salt
Pinch for marinate pork Sugar
1 tsp for marinate pork Cooking wine
2 tsp for marinated pork corn starch
1 Green Onion
1/4 Red bell pepper
2 tbs Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbs Oil
3 bars Frozen Udon

    Fried Udon noodle is one of the most popular food in Asian culture. All the vegetables and meats with noodle are combined together during the stirfry process.     Prepare ingredients

    -Slice about 1 cup of pork shoulder, marinade with soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Mix everything together.
    -Slice half of a cabbage and a quarter of a red bell pepper.
    -Chop some green onion for finally garnish.
    -Cook 3 bars of frozen Udon noodle in boiling water, then rinse off with cold water
    -Drained noodles well, set aside ready for use.

    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set up AirGO to grill function for 420F and 15 mins with parchment paper.

    -After preheat, add oil on the parchment paper in the pan, then add pork in evenly.

    -Cook for about 5 mins, then add the sliced cabbage and red bell pepper in the pan with more oil, stir them well. Cook until 5 mins left on the LED

    -Add prepared udon noodle in the pan with dark soy sauce and sugar
    -Mixing them all together evenly.
    -Then close the lid and cook until time's up.

    -Garnish green onion before serving.
