Most delicious stir fried rice for Vegetarian. Using AirGO grill function to cook the vegetables and rice evenly.

Vegan Bokchoy Fried Rice

Prepare ingredients

-Chopped 4-5 heads of Bokchoy
-Cooked rice 2.5 cup

-Set AirGO grill function 420F 12mins
-After preheat, add 1 tbs of oil in the pan
-Add chopped Bokchoy into the pan
-Mixing well with the oil,
-Let it grill until LED shows FLIP
-add salt, black pepper powder and white pepper powder into the pan
-Mixing with 2.5cups of cooked rice and 1 tbs of oil.
-Cook until time's up.
