2 tbs Oyster Sauce Sauce
1 tbs Soy Sauce Sauce
1 tsp Olive Oil Sauce
Cumin powder Seasoning
Black Pepper Seaoning
Green Onion Garnish
chopped fresh cilantro Garnish

    Grilled Eggplant is a must-have dish during summer season in China. As you know, Eggplant can absorb tons of oil for the delicious but non healthy benefit dish. Therefore, to reduce using huge amount of oil and take advantage of nutrition value of eggplant, Grill/ Bake is the best way, but it takes a long time to grill as well.  Thus, use AirGO to make this dish could save about 30% of the cooking time and bring the delicious and healthiness on your table.

    Prepare ingredients

    - Cut eggplant into half
    - Cross slice inside of the eggplant for absorbing flavor , brush oil all over the eggplant
    - Mix garlic ,oyster sauce ,soy sauce, olive oil for later.

    Preheat AirGO

    - Preheat AirGO Grill 420F 20mins with aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan
    - After preheat, line eggplant into the pan cook for 20 mins, ( use the fork to check if the eggplant being soft)
    - Add mixed sauce and cumin powder, black pepper, on top of eggplant and cover the lid cook for another 10 mins
    -Garnish some cilantro and green onion before serving
