    Most of people loved fry food, even they know too much oil is unhealthy. Here is a better way to make fry food less oil- AirGO airfry.

    Only ten minuets, your delicious, kids friendly dish will be done. I often air-fry pork chops for my family. If I have more time I will cook a pot of veg-curry and serving with pork chop. Otherwise, ketchup is a good option as well.

    Prepare Ingredient

    - Loosen pork chop with Meat Tenderizer
    - Marinated with salt, black pepper, cooking wine and soy sauce about hour.

    Preheat Air fry

    - Preheat AirGO airfry 410F 10mins
    - Beat an egg to coat pork chop then cover with panko ( bread crumbs)
    - Spray some oil on the bottom of pan after preheat, lay pork chop on the pan and spray/brush some oil on top of pork chop, cover the lid to start cooking.
    - Flip as the required on the LED
