This is a quick , simply and delicious dish for family table.

The tomato brings up sour and sweetness into the pasta, and the cheese adds a bit rich and creamy.

Prepare ingredients

- Chop tomato to small piece
- Chop some green onion
- Whisk 2 eggs
- Cook 1 cup of farfalle and drain them

Preheat

- Preheat AirGO grill 420F for 15mins with oil
- After preheat, toss tomato into pan, mix with salt and sugar, lay flat and evenly.
- After tomato cook for 7 mins add eggs and sprinkle some green onion.
- Once the egg is being solid , add farfalle and cheese on top of it.
- Cook until times up.
- Serving with some black pepper and green onion for garnish.
