1 tbs Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Cooking wine
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Sugar
Chili flakes optional
Green Onion Garnish

    Braised prawn is a quick and mouthwatering dish. The word “braised” leaves people with the impression that it requires a lengthy period of cooking, the AirGo allows for the flavour to deeply penetrate the dish quite easily.

    AirGo’s temperature control design is different from the traditional Chinese method, however, it keeps the flavour and tenderizes the prawns.

    This recipe only requires 15 minutes of marinating the prawns, and a very short cook time resulting in a prompt dinner.

    Additionally, you could add chili flakes to give it an extra kick!

    - Marinate prawn with all the ingredients beside green onion for 15 mins in the refrigerator.
    - Line a parchment paper in the pan
    - Preheat AirGO airfry function 400F 6mins
    - Brush/Spray some oil in the pan after preheat
    - Add marinated prawn in to the pan, flip them when digital screen shows "Flip"
    - After cooked, garnish some green onion
