    Stir fried udon usually includes meat and vegetables, in this recipe, I used beef tenderloin and Shishito peppers( mild pepper). Using the AirGo, this recipe is uncomplicated and flavourful.

    I used the robotic stir fry on the AirGo to assist with the mixing and then I change the setting to base heat in order to thoroughly cook the vegetables.The base heat also thickens the sauce and brings flavour and character to the dish.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Cut beef tenderloin into thin strip
    - Marinate beef with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar about 10 minutes
    - Cut Shishito pepper into small piece
    - Cook Udon noodle, rinse it with cold water, and drain well and read for use.

    Preheat

    - Preheat AirGO robotic stir fry function 10 mins for 420 F
    - Add olive oil and shishito pepper into the pan after stir fry for 5 minutes
    - Add beef tenderloin into the pan and cook until times up.
    - Open the lid, change siting to base heat 420 F,
    - Add prepared Udon noodle and cook about 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until sauce well covered noodle.
