    Bok choy fried rice is a fresh and healthy recipe that is made mess-free with the AirGo. The robotic stir fry function allows for the rice and bok choy to be cooked evenly and mixed well. Additionally, a sunny side egg can be added on top for extra flavour and texture.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Clean bokchoy, drain it well, and chop it to small pieces
    - Loosen up cooked cold rice ready for use

    Preheat

    - AirGO Robotic Stir Fry function for 420 5 mins
    - After preheat, add oil, salt and chopped bok choy into the pan, cook until times up.
    - Add rice and pinch of white pepper corn powder evenly into the pan and press "start" button and set time for 5 mins.
    - After times up, add more salt for your preference.

    - Switch to Base Heat for 380 F 8mins if you want add a sunny-side up egg to go with.
    - Add eggs into pan with a table spoon of water on the side,
    - Cover the lid for 6 min, it bring you perfect cooked sunny-side up
    - Add light soy sauce on top of egg before serving
