    Thai Cashew nuts chicken is a common dish to order in the American Thai restaurant. It has a strong flavor of Tom Ying Kong (Thai sour spicy soup), but sweeter and rich.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Cut chicken thighs into strips, and marinate with 1 tbs fish sauce in the fridge.
    - Cut onions and bell pepper into large pieces
    - Mince 2 cloves of garlic
    - Clean mushroom
    - Cut green onion to big sizes, only use the green, leafy part.
    - Break a couple dried chili pepper into pieces
    - Get all ingredients ready for use

    Prepare Sauce

    - Pour Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Maggi Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Sugar, Tom Ying Sauce, Sesame Oil into a container

    - Mix well

    Cook in AirGO

    - Preheat AirGO, choose Robotic Stir Fry function at 420 F for 12 mins
    - Add a few drops of oil in the pan after preheating
    - Add Chicken into the pan, cook for 5 mins
    - Add all the vegetable and sauce except green onion into the pan until times up.
    - mix with green onion and cashew nuts before serving.
