    - Clean the chinses yam with brush, cut it into about 4 inch long.

    - Set AirGO Baking function 400F about 20 mins with coarser salt and Szechuan peppercorn.
    -After Preheating, place prepared chinses yam in the pan evenly.
    - Cook until LED shows "FLIP" , turn over the yam and bake until times up, or using the tooth pick to poke in the yam if its easy access that means done.
