1 cup garbanzo bean flour
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 teaspoon 9 (2 cloves) Minced Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Salt

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Set the blender carafe aside.
    2. Press [power] button to turn on AirGO.
    3. Press [function] button to select Crepe/Naan.
    4. Adjust temperature to 380°F.
    5. Adjust time to 30 minutes.
    6. Press [start] button. The AirGO starts preheating, and the display shows “PrE”.
    7. When preheating is completed with “PrE” flashing and a tune, pour the batter into the cooking pan.
    8. When the flip reminder goes off, gently turn over the socca bread with a large spatula.
    9. When cooking time is completed, the LED displays “End” with 4 long beeps. The result is blistered, crispy outside and creamy inside.
    10. Slice into four pieces (triangles) and serve immediately.
