    AirGO one Pot Seafood will be a perfect seafood night dinner. You can use shrimps, clams, scallops, crabs( cut 4-6 piece) , baby octopus or squid as your preference. if you don’t like glass noodle, you can use enoki mushroom on the bottom.

    Your dinner only need 10 mins to cook.

    -Soak glass noodle in the cold water until its soft.
    -Making sauce: mix minced ginger, garlic and green onion together and pour heated oil on them. then add hoisin sauce, warm water

    -Lay aluminum foil in the pan to make a right size for wrapping seafood,
    -Brush some oil on the bottom of the foil
    -Add glass noodle evenly, seafood on top of glass noodle, pour over sauce on top of seafood and seal the pack.
    -Take them out and preheat AirGO Oven function 400F for 10 mins
    -Put sealed pack into the pan after preheat.
    -Sprinkle some green onion before serving.
