Oh, my god! I can’t wait to share this receipt with you all. Pork floss is a dried meat with a light and fluffy texture. It is used as a topping for many foods, such as congee, or bake bread and pastries.

I used to make pork floss on the stove in the pan for my baby. The main point to make it by myself  because I can control the meat quality and seasonings. But It took me so much time to stir stir stirring.

Using AirGO robotic stir fry function to make pork floss is the most easy way after all.  It’s totally hands free with prefect temperature.

Also, if  you don’t want too complex flavor in the meat, you can stew the meat just with ginger, salt with a bit cooking wine for about 40 mins.

    Steps

    1
    Done

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Cut pork tenderloin into big chunks.
    - Stew them with all the ingredients except sesame seed and roasted seaweed for 40mins.
    - Take them out and pull them apart, put in a Ziploc bag and using a rolling pin to crash them.

    Done

    Preheat Robotic stir function

    - Preheat robotic stir function for 350F 30 mins
    - After preheat, add meat into the pan evenly, close the lid, let the time run to the end. (don't turn off the power if you want to add sesame seeds and roasted seaweeds)
    - Meat will be dry about 30 mins , take them out to cool down for awhile and blend them together.
    - Pour shredded meat back to pan if you want add some salt, sugar, sesame seeds and roasted seaweeds for more flavor. just press"start" for 3 mins
    - Store in the container after cool down.
